A job needs a visit
An accepted quote becomes a job. The job sits in the unscheduled list until someone books it in.

Book it against a person and a day
Pick the engineer, pick the slot. The diary shows what they already have and warns if it clashes, and lets you do it anyway if you know better.

Move it when things change
Drag it to another day. The job, the notes and the customer stay attached; only the time changes.
