How it is used

The quote is accepted
The job is made from it, with the customer and the lines carried across. It waits to be booked into the diary.

The work happens
Each visit is booked against the job. On site, tick the checklist, add the materials used, take the photos and leave a note for whoever comes next.

It is finished and signed
Once everything required is ticked, the job is completed and the customer signs on the screen. The invoice is raised from the same record.
