TradeOps · Quoting software for trades

Quotes accepted by link.

Line items with the VAT worked out on each, sent as a link the customer opens on their phone and accepts with one tap. No account for them to create, no PDF to find in an inbox, and the accepted quote becomes the job without being typed in again.

The screen

What is on it.

The same screen on a laptop, a tablet or a phone, from the same login.

/admin/quotes

  • Every quote, filtered by status: draft, sent, accepted, declined, expired

  • Line items from your price list, with quantity, unit price and VAT per line

  • The customer and the site address, pulled from their record

  • A send button that emails the link, and a preview of what they will see

  • Who accepted it, when, and from which device

How it is used

Three steps, in the order they happen.

01

Build it from the price list

Pick the items, set the quantities. Totals and VAT are worked out on the server, so a quote can never add up differently from the invoice it becomes.

02

Send a link

The customer gets an email with a link, opens a page in your name on your domain, and reads it on whatever they have in their hand.

03

They accept, it becomes a job

One tap records the acceptance. The quote turns into a job with the line items carried across, ready for a visit to be booked against it.

Done differently

The quote is a page, not an attachment.

A PDF in an inbox is read once and lost. A quote that lives at a link on your own domain can be reopened, accepted late, and is the same document the invoice is later built from.

Straight answers

The questions people ask about it.

One price, one system

This is one part of it. The price covers all of it.

Nothing here is a module you switch on later. The website, the office and every screen on this page come as one system at one price.
